3rd Annual Mardi Gras
Dress
up in your purples, greens & golds, The Big Easy
is coming to Elysia Resort! A wide variety of Authentic
Cajun food such as Jambalaya, Seafood Gumbo and Blackened
Shrimp will be served along with traditional Hurricane
or Susan's Margarita drinks. There will be games and
dancing to the sound of Zydeco & Jazz music.

6th Annual Hawaiian Luau
Come
